Asha Sebastian is a visionary educator, counsellor, and entrepreneur with over 17 years of diverse experience in the industry and academia. She hold postgraduate degrees in Social Work (MSW) with Human Resource Management (HRM), along with diplomas in Learning Disability and Professional Counselling Psychology. She is also qualified in the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), underscoring her academic excellence.
Asha is an IIT certified Soft Skills Trainer, widely recognized for her dynamic training style that blends empathy, practical tools, and impactful communication. Having served as an Assistant Professor and Head of Department (HOD), she has guided students and professionals alike, building future – ready individuals with strong personal and professional foundations.
Today, Asha leads as the Founder and CEO of Everon Academy, an innovative platform dedicated to empowering learners through holistic and inclusive education, Life Skills Development, and Psychological support. Her entrepreneurial journey reflects her commitment to inclusive, transformative, and lifelong learning.

Parents are often caught between traditional societal expectations and the modern medical model of therapy. A high-quality educator acts as a bridge, turning these “woes” into a structured roadmap for the child.

We create a baseline assessment and a written Individualized Education Program (IEP) with specific, measurable goals reviewed every 3 to 6 months.
We focus on "School Readiness" and social skills training, specifically designed to transition children into mainstream CBSE/State board classrooms whenever possible.
We maintain high transparency through parent-teacher meetings, session summaries, and encouraging parent participation in certain training modules.
For older children, the focus shifts to "Activities of Daily Living" (ADL) and vocational skills to ensure they can manage personal hygiene and basic employment tasks.
We foster an inclusive and engaging environment, we help children build the “Essential Skills” toolbox—comprising literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional intelligence—that they will carry with them long after they leave our academy.
